SFTP Access for Reconciliation

SFTP Reconciliation File Access Instructions
If you need to perform reconciliation, you can use our SFTP service. Below are the connection details and file specifications:

SFTP Connection Details

Host: sftp.useepay.com
Port: 22

Username & Password: Please contact UseePay Operations to request your credentials.

File Path and Naming Convention
Reconciliation files are stored under the /out/ directory, organized by date, with the following uniform format:

/out/yyyy/MM/yyyyMMdd_xx.csv

Where:

yyyy = Year (4 digits)

MM = Month (2 digits)

dd = Day (2 digits)

xx = File type identifier (settlement for settlement files, transaction for transaction files)

Example Paths:

Settlement File (July 1, 2026):
/out/2026/07/20260701_settlement.xlsx

Transaction File (July 1, 2026):
/out/2026/07/20260701_transaction.xlsx

Note: Actual file extensions may be .xlsx or .csv – please refer to the actual files generated.

Currently, the retention period for reconciliation files in SFTP is one year.
If there are any subsequent adjustments to the schedule, UseePay operations will promptly notify merchants.
