Konbini#

Konbini is a popular cash-based payment method in Japan that allows customers to complete online purchases by paying at convenience stores.
With UseePay Konbini, merchants can accept payments from customers in Japan through major convenience store networks, including 7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart, and other supported stores. Customers can receive payment instructions after checkout and complete the payment at a nearby convenience store.

Payment Flow#

1.
Customer selects Konbini as the payment method during checkout.
2.
Customer receives payment instructions after placing the order.
3.
Customer completes payment at a supported convenience store.
4.
UseePay updates the payment status after receiving confirmation.

Notes#

Konbini payments are available for customers in Japan.
Payment completion depends on the customer completing payment at the selected convenience store.
Payment expiration time and supported stores may vary depending on configuration.

Integration Guide#

You should set billing.country = US when create the paymentIntent.
Other procedures will proceed as usual.
